By accessing or using ATope AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

ATope AI is a health and productivity application that helps users track habits, log nutrition, and manage their personal schedule. The service is provided on a time-limited premium access basis.

You must sign in via Google to use ATope AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Premium access is purchased in packs and grants use of all features for the duration of the pack. Packs extend from your current expiry date. Access is non-transferable and tied to your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.

ATope AI is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
